and on a side note,
im reading this book poetry at the mmt by this amazing kid, who began writing poetry and short stories since he was three, but who sadly has a rare form of muscular dystrophy. and yet, this struggle has given him such wisdom and insight that goes way beyond his age.

and to quote from the book, Mattie ( e kid ) writes movingly and courageously abt life and death, love and loss, faith and hope, innocence and joy. was a surprise find and i thought hey, why not read some poetry from a young kid. and really, some of them are really good. esp those bt his dearest late brother Jamie, are indeed very moving.
