went Geylang with Mom on Wed. after returning my Deli's uniform [at last] at Gateway.

will be waiting for the 60bucks. heeh. ate nasi briyani ayam, which was so sinfully yummy =) and we might be going again this Thurs, just for it!

then on Thurs, it was just a stay- in, armed with the three new books i borrowed on Tues after seeing Hani.

finished reading one of them, Julie Myerson's Something Might Happen. and it was another good read. the style of writing, the way we get sucked into the story, the way she keeps us on tenterhooks waiting for what might happen. yeah. nice one =) but one of the other two books sucks so returned it without finishing it. wont say by who la in case some of you are fans of hers. heh.

and of coz, it was the Ides Of March on Fri =)

then, it was to the Jessie's on Sat. she just did her lil room and its so darn pretty!! i just lurrve it. wish i cld have a sweet lil corner like that all for myself. for my writings, musings and basically my own things la. like sketching or sth. yeah. now that ive mentioned it, i was pretty much into sketching last time. not that i was any good or wat la. heh. just enjoyed doing it. maybe i shld start sketching again. sketchbook is still in the box somewhere...

then on Sun, it was the normal morning class. and basically time spent with fam.

and you were there. after two weeks of being M.I.A. well, it was nice seeing you again albeit from afar. but the fact is still, you kept me smiling. i dont know why but im not asking too much.

anyways.
also tried looking for a job. thru the papers. haha. and there were some good ones. so called them up but its either i dont meet the age requirement or they have enuf people already. called one up and the mailbox was full even. sheeesh. so i cldnt even leave my name and number. there were a few admin posts too. but figured that i'd be bored with just a computer as a companion. i need to be with people and you know, move around kind of thing.

but im also not looking for a job that requires me to report at a certain time or sth like that. had enuf of that for a while thank you. so now i wld just be happy with a flexible timetable, you know, at my own time and space as long as i do what is required of me. its so that i can also have time for other things.


hmm.
banyak punyer leceh lerr aku nie eh. haha.


but working as a surveyor allows me just that.

ps: i wanna watch Perth! seems a nice one. not great, but not one to be missed either, if we can believe what the reviewers say. but too bad. gotta wait till a week's time.
